I have to say that initially, I was impressed with the quality and thorough nature of the solutions Flexpak provided for us. As time has developed, I am even more impressed with the extremely high level of attention and service we have been afforded. Everyone including the delivery drivers are surely vested in the success of the company, and as a customer I am truly grateful. The quality and performance of the packaging has served as great marketing tool as we have several emails from customers who have (before Flexpak) witnessed package handling crime by the shippers. Boxes dropped from the top of the stack on the delivery truck, boxes that have literally been broken in pieces etc. and to date not a single damaged speaker. We even have a couple customers who have mentioned they want to mount the packaging on the wall of their home as art. From our end, Flexpak is part of our product, and we market it as such.
